Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery charges will not normally be refunded on returned orders.

If your return is accepted, please send to the above address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Additional Returns Information
Customers are responsible for return carriage costs, irrespective of the initial delivery terms. This applies to all orders, including those initially provided with free or paid carriage.

A 15% restocking fee is applicable upon returning. This charge is levied to cover the costs associated with the customisation and restocking of these products.

The exception to this rule are Elta products which have a 25% restocking fee.

Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns on products that have been customised or made to order, reflecting the unique specifications of each project. This policy also extends to products that, due to safety and regulatory reasons, cannot be returned; these include materials classified as hazardous or those that are flammable. If you're uncertain about the return policy for a specific product, we encourage you to reach out to us directly for guidance.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
