The HAVA 120HV is a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit that simultaneously extracts air from ‘wet’ rooms while supplying new, filtered air to ‘habitable’ rooms in a dwelling. It helps tackle the causes of condensation and mould, improves indoor air quality, and is suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting.

Designed for compact installations and shallow voids, the HAVA 120HV combines an enthalpic heat exchanger with very low running costs to support energy-efficient homes. The unit is PCDB and SAP Q listed to underpin compliance with Building Regulations. It is supplied pre-cabled and includes a wall-mounted remote multifunction touch controller with touch buttons and LED indicators for operation monitoring and alarms.
