The HAVA 400V is a continuously running Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit that extracts air from ‘wet’ rooms while supplying new, filtered air to ‘habitable’ areas within a dwelling. Designed for vertical wall installation, it provides efficient, balanced ventilation, helping to eliminate condensation and mould while improving overall indoor air quality.

Engineered for simple wall mounting, the HAVA 400V comes complete with brackets and configurable left or right duct connections to simplify installation. It features a high-efficiency heat exchanger that recovers thermal energy, reducing heating demand and running costs. The unit is PCDB and SAP Q listed to confirm compliance with Building Regulations. It includes a wall-mounted multi-function LCD display controller for operation and system monitoring, automatic anti-frost protection, and an integral summer bypass with twin condensate drainage outlets for year-round efficiency.
