Splitter Silencer
The Elta Splitter Silencer is a baffle type rectangular silencer designed to reduce duct borne noise in higher airflow systems where a circular silencer may not achieve the required attenuation. It is built with a 300mm plenum and supplied with a Ductmate flange connection for a secure fit into rectangular ductwork.

Construction overview

The range covers face size A from 350mm up to 1000mm. Length C varies by size, with 1200mm, 1500mm and 1800mm options shown. Fixing is via a Ductmate flange with four fixing holes, with hole diameter shown as dimension D in the data sheet.

How to use the insertion loss data
Insertion loss is shown by octave band. For selection work, use the insertion loss values with your fan sound power data to estimate the combined result across the octave band spectrum.

Match A to your duct requirement first, then confirm the overall B dimension plus the C length to ensure you have enough installation space. Use the listed weight for handling planning and confirm the Ductmate flange size for compatibility with your duct connection detail.
